1. Agreement
By downloading or using Golf Passport League, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms control.
2. What Golf Passport provides
Golf Passport lets you browse a worldwide golf-course catalogue, collect memory stamps, save courses, follow suggested golf routes, create Passport+ golf routes, view your collection, bookmark destination lists, and share selected content. Features may change as the app develops.
3. Your passport data
You are responsible for information you add and for keeping a backup if you want to move or restore your passport. Do not use the app to create or share unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
4. Course and map information
Course names, contact details, and locations may be incomplete, duplicated, changed, or inaccurate. Map and route information is for discovery and planning, not navigation, safety, access, tee-time, or playing-condition advice. Confirm opening hours, access, bookings, and local rules directly with the course.
5. Passport+ subscriptions
Passport+ is an auto-renewable subscription offered in monthly and annual plans. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price and billing period before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Restore purchases in Golf Passport and manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
6. Free and paid features
The worldwide catalogue, world-map browsing, memory stamps, basic golf routes, bookmarks, and sharing are available without Passport+. Passport+ may include custom golf routes, golf-trip planning, passport-gap guidance, advanced map filters, destination lists, and deeper collection insights, as described in the current app.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, suspend, or remove features when necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every course or destination will always be available.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Golf Passport is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Golf Passport at any time. Removing the app does not cancel an active Passport+ subscription; use Apple’s subscription settings to cancel.
